I was doing an iTunes restore on it, but it runs into an error code 29 (hardware issue).  It will not restore.  I took it in to the Apple store and even they couldn't restore it. 

It is really only good for parts (unless you know how to fix it) - the screen is good with no cracks or dead pixels, the housing case is in good shape, and the battery holds a charge.  Comes with case and cable.
