Here is an original 1984 Kenner Star Wars, Mail Away "Emperor Palpatine" Action Figure.   Condition of the figure is new in the original sealed plastic bag. The unopened ROTJ Collection Booklet is also included.  The box is in excellent condition with one end still sealed (see photos).
