Hardcover, 9 x 6 inches. Label sticker on spine, front hinge is weak, almost separated. Rear hinge separating. Renssaleaerswyck fold out map present in rear pocket. 1st two leaves of book, are almost separated from binding. Map is in excellent condition, I think when I opened it to check it out, that was the first time it had ever been opened.
