SCOTTSDALE:
· Circa 1955 (based on
auto vintage). A 1949-1952 Jaguar XK120 Roadster is at left foreground. The Lulu Belle Restaurant is prominent
(it opened in the mid-1950’s). The KIVA Theater marquee doesn’t yet have its
arching “KIVA” on top.
· Greetings from Scottsdale circa 1958 (based on auto vintage). Same angle as above. Several 1957 Chevrolets are seen. The Lulu Belle Restaurant is prominent. The KIVA Theater marquee now has it’s arching “KIVA” on top.
· Howdy from Scottdale. Two views of downtown with numerous 1950’s autos, including prominently featured 1957 DeSoto & 1957 Chevy.
· Pima Plaza Shopping Mall. This was the initial shopping area in Scottsdale that designed to allow for plentiful parking. It was located on First Avenue between Scottsdale Road and Brown Avenue. Circa 1960 (based on auto vintage (1959 Plymouth and 1959 Oldsmobile in right foreground).
· View North on Scottsdale Road. Earl’s Market prominent in left foreground. Late 1950’s based on autos.
CONDITION
The six (6) vintage Phoenix cards are all un-used
and in very good or excellent condition. The Chris-Town
Shopping Center card has minor soiling on its backside.
The five (5) vintage Scottsdale cards are in Excellent condition. No flaws of note.
