Thoroughly tested Nintendo 64 console with, AV cable, NUS-002 AC power supply, Ultra Racer 64 Controller, and NUS-003rf rf modulator. All tested and working. Rumble pack, power pack, av cable, all original and working. Ultra Racer 64 Controller is completely working but the foam outer layer of the wheel does rub off on your fingers easily. Console has a scratch on top, some aesthetic wear, but works great.
