Strong Tea Preparation & Serving Adults: 
4 tbsp. (16g/0.56 oz.) of the herbal mixture in 750ml (25.5 fl oz.) of boiling water to boil for 1-2 min.
Remove the pot from the heat and let the herb soak overnight or for a minimum of 8 hours, strain the tea.
Divide into two equal parts and take it in the morning and evening on an empty stomach 30 minutes before meals.
Warm up or drink cold.

Strong Tea Preparation & Serving Children 5+ years: 
1 tbsp. (4g/0.14 oz.) of the herbal mixture in 500 ml (17 fl oz.) of boiling water to boil for 1-2 minutes.

Divide into 4-5 equal doses and drink 1 dose always 30 minutes before meals.

Light Tea Preparation & Serving Children 5+ years: 
1/2 tbsp. (children) or 2 tbsp (adults) of the herbal blend infused with 250ml (8.5 fl oz.) boiling water.
Allow 3 - 10 minutes to steep and strain.
