New, old stock from a toy store.   This item, recreating a circus scene, was a cheap toy and was being distributed - sold without a box, at the Greek " panegyria ", which were annual open - air village festivities, celebrating the local Saint.   Please look at the provided photos to see the condition of the item, which is in excellent working condition.   When air is blown, the small ball flies into the cage, the pinwheel is rotating, while the dog is watching in amazement!
