New in the box.   Box is in very good condition, with minus faults.   I've put some tape inside the box.   Item is in working order.   This is an amphibious toy, it can be played with, in both sea and land.   This is a toy truck with claws in its tyres!   They just don't make toys like this anymore.  Please look at the provided photos to see the condition of both the box and the item.
