The VOX Bobcat was produced in Italy in the mid-1960s and was a beautiful guitar with a vintage look. It was a very beautiful guitar with a vintage look, especially with its three single-coil pickups, which were rare for a hollowbody guitar, and set it apart from other guitars. The Bobcat S66 is a revival of this guitar that retains the original design, but with improved playability, reduced feedback, and better pickup performance, making it a guitar that can be used in today's music scene. The Bobcat S66 is available in three color variations: sunburst, cherry red, and black.
Inheritance of the Original Design
The pickguard and pickups are made of the same color plastic as the original VOX Bobcat design, and the knobs are made of the same aluminum used on the original. The head logo has also been recreated in the vertical format of the original, giving it the retro/vintage feel of the 1960s models.
Improved Playability
The neck joint is set for easy playability even at high frets. A fixed tune-o-matic neck joint allows for a more comfortable neck angle, greatly improving the playability of the original model.
Semi-hollow construction suppresses feedback even at high volume.

New pickups with retro sound and appearance
The Bobcat S66 is equipped with three single-coil pickups. With a wide variety of tone variations, the Bobcat S66 has a tone and unique appearance that sets it apart from other semi-hollow style guitars.
Tune-O-Matic bridge
The bridge is a fixed Tune-O-Matic bridge for easy string changes.
Grover open gear pegs are used.
Open-gear pegs are lightweight and easily transmit string vibrations.
