A metal disc, curved, presumably a souvenir of the 1981 wedding of HRH Charles, Prince of Wales, to Lady Diana Spencer.  I am not quite sure what it was from - the curved surface suggests it might have originally been affixed to a bottle, tankard, decanter or similar item.
