CONDITION ~

PLEASE NOTE - these balloons are new in the package, HOWEVER they have been in storage in my closet for at least 2 years and most like, the song feature WILL NOT WORK. Balloons are being sold ***AS-IS*** for decor only.  ***Please refer to photos for more details.

PAYMENT ~

Please do not bid/buy if you do not intend to pay for purchases within 48 hours. If payment is not received or the buyer does not contact me within 4 days of purchase, transaction will be canceled for non- payment, and buyer will be blocked from future transactions with this seller. 

SHIPPING/ RETURNS ~

* I ship within 24-48 hours of purchase.

* I will gladly accept returns for refund if buyer is not happy with purchase, however buyer must notify me within 10 days of purchase date, and buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

*Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

* When possible, I use recycled boxes and packing materials in an effort to keep my shipping costs low.
