Graded Very Good 10 by PMG. PF-15 is listed as a Rare Variety (21 to 50 known) valued at $800 in VG in the 2014 Fricke reference. The thick bond paper didn't hold up well in circulation making it quite scarce. Four year old auctions records show a VF 20 and VF 25 for $372 and $360. Most notes have doubled in value since then.
