Difference in versions:
The
1.0 trackers have longer battery life, but support SteamVR 1.0 tracking
only. Meaning they will only work with SteamVR 1.0 base stations.
The 2.0 have a shorter battery life by about an hour and a half on average, but support steam VR tracking 2.0.
This means that they will work with the newer base station models.
