This came from a local supplier that closed.  This auction is for a CM 40606 STEEL BOTTOM 3 TON HOOK FOR 4ZX63, 4ZX70, 4ZW68, 4ZW73, & 4ZW74.  These hooks look to be old stock but new. This would likely work on any CM 3 ton hoist or chain fail as it mounts on the chain.  If you have any questions at all feel free to ask.
