Note: It is strictly forbidden to connect the positive and negative poles of the brushless motor to the wrong side. If they are connected incorrectly, the drive board will be burnt out.
The Brushless motor, built-in drive board, with 100 lines of encoder feedback, equivalent to a miniature servo brushless motor, model 24H055M020. It adopts NSK ball bearings, rare earth medium intensity magnetic inner rotor, speed regulation with pulse frequency (1000HZ-26000HZ range is effective), can be positive and negative rotation, with electronic brakes, complete functions, is a high-end precision miniature brushless motor.
1. Red wire: positive power supply (+12V)
2. Black wire: GND
3. Green line: direction. Switch to CW when suspended, CCW when connected to the positive terminal.
4. White line: electronic brake, release when suspended, brake when connected to GND.
5. Blue line: Start/stop, start when connected to the positive pole, stop when disconnected
6. Yellow line: PWM, pulse frequency 16000HZ-26000HZ
Note:
1. the positive and negative poles of the power supply are strictly prohibited to be connected, such as wrong connection will burn the driving board.
2. The input voltage can only be controlled between DC10V-13V, which is relatively strict. It seems impossible to start beyond this range.
3. The direction line (green line) suspended is CW, according to the positive pole is CCW, but if you want to choose CCW, the direction line should be connected to the starting line, and the starting line (blue line) together with the slowest conduction or the first disconnect. Because if the power line is switched on, the driver board inside seems to be working. We don't know why.
4. The yellow line can only start the motor if the pulse frequency is input. The motor can only be started if the pulse frequency is between 16000HZ-26000HZ.
The following actual measurement uses the PWM signal to test the motor speed. This motor still has requirements for the pulse frequency of the PWM signal, the best 16000-26000HZ, and then the duty cycle can be used to control the motor speed. (Duty cycle between 0% and 90%)

When the pulse rises by 1,000 HZ, the motor speeds up by 150 RPM, with remarkable precision. As for the feedback circuit wiring method we do not understand
