Steam treated timber which limits against rot, fungal decay and insect attack. Kidzshack Cubby Houses are not chemically treated for insects.
Easy Assembly! Our cubbies come with pre-made panels & pre-drilled holes. Assembly generally takes 2-3 hours with 2 people and a battery drill.
Our cubbies are painted with a temporary water-based stain. Please note: stained water based colours may differ or change. We recommend painting your cubby house with two coats of primer and two coats of a durable outdoor paint from Taubmans for longevity, within 4 weeks of outdoor use. The Fun Shack comes in a Grey Colour and Wood Look Sandpit.

Interstate Customers:
-Delivery to Depo Collection Points Australia Wide - PLEASE NOTE COLLECTION FROM THE DEPO MUST BE WITHIN 5 DAYS. A Trailer or Large Ute will be required to collect a Cubby House from the Depo. Depos do not hold stock on hand. Kidzshack arrange delivery to the Depo, once an order is placed online, and arrives in 1-2 weeks.

** Please be aware that residential deliveries may be unavailable in regional and rural areas. We can arrange delivery to your nominated business, hardware store or roadhouse in these locations providing they have unloading facilities available**

Depot Collections are a cheaper and faster service. It also reduces handling, which reduces the risk of damage or lost parcels.

Change of Mind Returns
1. Kidzshack will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
- returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- in a resalable condition; and
- not damaged in any way.
2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Kidzshack, you will not be eligible for a return.
4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.
5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS
Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or the incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by Kidzshack within 30 days.
Refunds will only be processed via PayPal, Bank Transfer or Credit Card, depending on the payment method used previously. There will be no Cash refunds.

Safety is our #1 priority, all Kidzshack Cubby Houses, Climbing Forts, Swing Sets and Wooden Toys, are made to the Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124-1,2,3 & 6. We have a large range of cubby houses both ground and elevated in a range of sizes to suit any age and backyard space.
All Cubbies arrive flat packed, have premade panels which take no longer than 2.5 hours with 2 people to assemble. There is nothing more important than outdoor play equipment for our children, and a Cubby House can encourage a child’s imagination with pretend play.
