Vintage F.E. Olds & Son Flute, model Special. I have very little knowledge of flutes. Feel free to ask me questions, or correct me. I have not tried to play this, so have no clue as to how it sounds, sold "AS IS". Flute is marked SPECIAL just above the Olds name. Overall length is 26-1/8" assembled. Serial number appears to be 69929 or 62669, depending on it being right side up, or upside down. Or is that a model number? The mouth piece is marked Silver 669 or 699, depending which end is up/down. The rest of the flute may be plated. The pads to me look ok, but someone may want to put fresh ones on. Includes a cleaning rod, but no wicks. There is also a nice little carry case, looks good for it's age, Hinges good, locks good. There is a small chain on the handle that may have had a name tag attached. The chain is part of the history of the case, so I left it on. Would be easy to cut it off. ***No Overseas Shipping***.
