This listing is for a gorgeous vintage black glass reticulated edge plate made by Westmoreland. It is hand-painted with a scene of a boy ice skating with his dog, and the artwork is signed by artist E. Brown. The back is embossed with a W for Westmoreland. This plate came from the estate of a local collector who had many nice black glass pieces and was kept in a display cabinet. It still has the gold-foil Westmoreland sticker on the front, which is rare.
