The parts have been modeled from actual artifacts in the Smithsonian archives. This auction includes just the 1/6 scale suit upgrade parts listed, not the astronaut figures shown. 

Notes:

Hoses can be easily created by covering nylon tubing (from eBay or a hobby shop) with adhesive athletic tape!

Gloves and suit reinforcements can be made from athletic tape!

Miniature webbing can be purchased elsewhere on eBay.

Just to let you know the kit arrived yesterday but I didn't have the chance to open the parcel until a few moments ago. It is fantastic. I was looking to try and make my own adaption to my old GI Joe astronaut figure that is until I came across your kits on eBay while searching for GI Joe Astronaut Helmets. I kept it on my wish list waiting until my budget could afford a purchase, hoping that the kits would still be available. Now, I don't know if I really want to use it - it is that great looking.
