Rare original Lenco 45rpm adapter from a Lenco L-75 I used to own (a long time ago).  Recently found the original manuals (sold) and also this 45 rpm adapter.  It is in very good condition and have been stored in a box of alongside some other turntable parts.  Something you may just need to complete your Lenco collection.  Comes from a non smoking home.
