This card has (6) player worn jersey patches: (4) 3-COLOR PATCHES, (1) 2-color patch and (1) 1-color patch and is #'d 02/25.

The card appears to be in Near Mint to Mint condition but I cannot guarantee any specific grade.

There is a bit of edge wear but that is common on cards that are black bordered, thick stock, or booklets (and this card happens to be all three of those). Otherwise it looks great and has amazing jersey patches.
