One of the nicest items we have ever offered!  Over 6 POUNDS of STEEL enclosure box!  Excellent for RF (Radio Frequency) projects, requiring a shielded metal box.

These would make an excellent enclosure for amateur ham radio projects, other radio communications, audio amplifier, and other electronic construction projects.

All steel enclosure, with a removable plastic front.  All product names and numbers have been removed, typical with surplus inventory equipment.  Markings on the front plastic cover have been removed in two places, on the left and right top area, which resulted in slight surface marring.  This shows up as lighter areas in the photos.  You could easily apply a sticker or your own logo to cover these areas, if you wish.

Overall size with plastic front measures a nominal 18-9/16 x 10-9/16 x 3-11/16 (LxWxH) inches with rubber feet.  Height is 3-1/16 without rubber feet.   Weight approximately 6 pounds, 6 ounces.

Main bottom section is divided into two compartments by a steel divider, see nominal dimensions below:

Large internal section 14-1/8 x 9-7/8 x 3-3/8 inches.

Small internal section 4-1/8 x 9-7/8 x 3-3/8 inches.


Unit contains a small internal board with 4 rectangular LED's, 3 green, 1 red.

Unit has various holes that housed internal and external parts, and threaded standoffs.

The color is a very dark brown, with perhaps a dark green tint as well.  The top metal section has a light wrinkle paint finish.

NOTE: Unit may have light scratches and marks from being handled.
