The second hand on the clock works.  The hour hand is loose.  The light did not come on, but the bulb may be bad.  All of the white parts have a lot of discoloration.  There is a lot of chrome loss along the top and bottom of the sign.  Cord is in good shape.  Sign is very dirty and will need a lot of cleaning.  Measures a little over 24" tall.  The edges and corners have some wear, but sign is structurally sound with no major issues.
