This is an interesting antique real photo post card depicting a group of soldiers and their family + hospital staff; it is titled "Canadian Fete" and was taken in Margate, UK.
This was right during WWI and some of these soldiers have injuries---I can see one person with an arm cast and another with a leg cast. There is also a clown in the photo---must have been some kind of in hospital entertainment to cheer up the injured.

CONDITION: Antique, used, written on, stamped & postmarked, some light surface wear + corner wear, a bit of an indentation from the postmark shows through onto the front.

I think this is an unusual photo! Looks like these Canadian soldiers were ready to go home as soon as rehabilitated!
