Standard tools include pen blade, nail file, scissors, tweezers, toothpick and key ring.  The head of the toothpick is broken and will be difficult to remove.

Used with scratches typical of pocket wear.  No nicks in the blade.  Needs cleaning and/or oiling.  See pics for details and condition.
