Ralph Eaton has a few problems. He's desperately overweight, a social misfit with a painful stutter. He's the kind of guy the nerds stole lunch money from. But Ralph's got a special talent; an ability to impersonate any Hollywood celebrity. It's the perfect cover to disguise his stutter.

Working as a telephone sex operator, Ralph's vocal impersonations are put to good use when sex hungry clients call to 'chat' with Pacino, Connery, De Niro or Schwarzenegger. But the owner of the company is secretly selling his clients' VISA card numbers.  When the cops raid the warehouse, Ralph is suddenly forced to find a new occupation.

His big ambition in life is to attend the Hollywood Institute for Screen Performance where his dreams of becoming an actor can be fulfilled. But for that, Ralph needs cash...and lots of it.
