* Once we shipped the package to the address that the BUYER registered on eBay/PayPal, but returned back to us due to varies reasons:

We have to charge the BUYER AGAIN ON THE SHIPPING FEE for shipping the package to the BUYER again. Or the BUYER can use his/her own shipping carrier AND Shipping Postage fees are NOT refundable.

  • We will accept returns within 14 days received item within reason. Please contact us first for authorization, so we can discuss means to an amicable solution.

  • Refund will be made in the same method as it was received. If you paid by Paypal - you will get a Paypal refund.

  • Buyer will be responsible for their own shipping fee to return the package back to us. 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
