The Precious Metal Gems have 100 total copies split between 2 colors (Red & Green). The first 10 (1-10) serial numbered are the Green PMGs, and the next 90 (11-100) are the Red PMGs. So even though this is serial numbered 010/100 it is actually a 10/10 with only 10 copies in existence in the Green Precious Metal Gem parallel.
The card appears to be in Near-Mint to Mint condition, however, I cannot guarantee any specific card grade.
