This is a handmade ID Lanyard is made with grosgrain ribbon, about 1 inch wide ribbon and is SINGLE SIDED. 

The Overall Length of the Lanyard is about 19". (From the back of the neck to the Lobster Claw ID clip)
The Neck Loop is about 34".
The approximate width of the ribbon is 1".

Or choose a DOUBLE SIDED lanyard where the ribbon is sewn together down each edge to have the pattern on the front and back of the lanyard.  The last 2 pictures show how the pattern would be on both sides of the Lanyard if you chose the double sided lanyard option.
