Spyder jacket worn on 3 ski trips in frigid conditions this last time and he stayed hot. Perfect condition. My son now wear's a men's medium in shirts. We just got back from this year's trip and the sleeves were a little short. Jacket probably wasn't as loose as intended. He is about 5'10" and 160 pounds. Anyway, it is labeled as a boys 18. Hood zips off. Has all the pockets you could need. Arm length is 19".
