Card Condition

In many instances we understate the card condition. Many listings of ungraded cards list them as EX when in fact they are Near Mint to Mint. We do this so that our customers are not unhappy with the card they receive should we miss a small defect. We try to include the best images possible so that you can see the condition of the card yourself. We will attempt to make note of any issues that aren't captured by the images if we notice them.

Shipping

We guarantee 2 day shipping. We strive to get everything out within one day and a large number of orders often go out the same day. 

We do not ship in bubble mailers, all orders are shipped in boxes. Single cards will ship in top loaders or semi-rigid holders. Slabs will ship in graded card sleeves. Cards sold in lots, depending on the cards, may ship in top loaders/semi-rigids or may be in penny sleeves and team bags. Regardless of how your cards are protected they will be packaged securely so that they arrive in the same condition that they left us which is the same condition you see in the images.

We have listings of many of the same card but in different conditions so each of our cards are labeled and barcoded. Each listing is affiliated with a specific barcode and upon purchase that barcode is assigned to your order which is then pulled, verified with a packing slip and also with the shipping label that also lists the same code. So before your package is sent out the order is triple checked to make sure you NEVER receive the wrong card. You'll receive EXACTLY what you purchased.

Combined Shipping

Combined shipping is available for all purchases. For BIN listings simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and it should automatically combine shipping. For multiple auction wins, do not pay immediately. We will send you an invoice with combined shipping. If for whatever reason shipping isn't combined on your order please contact us for a refund. 

In most instances additional items will be $0.50 - $0.75 each. This covers additional packaging materials and/or insurance as we insure each package we ship.
