My approximate measurements of the garment flat and not stretched:

* Chest across from underarm to underarm: 11.25" = 22.5" around

* Front length from shoulder to hem: 19.75"

Condition is new without hang tags - this still has the protective piece covering the zipper pull.

I purchased a group of Patagonia pieces from a church run thrift store. I was told that all of the pieces were new, unused and that they had removed all of the original tags at the request of the retail store that had donated the items when they permanently closed their shop. These do have what looks like marker pen running through the text printed inside the garment. They do look and feel to be in new condition simply without the hang tags. These do have some fold lines/creasing from storage.

Per the Patagonia Well Worn website these sell for $57 used there and were originally $99 new.
