We accept Paypal and all Credit/Debit cards for payment. You can also pay Cash if you are collecting your purchase directly from our shop. All major credit and debit cards are accepted through Paypal. 

Payments/Collections can be made in person by visiting our Partwise Shop in Ilford (East London). Please ensure you contact us prior to arrival so we can make sure your Item is in our shop ready for collection (and not still in our warehouse).

Buyers have the right to cancel their order within 30 days of the delivery date. 
If you are not totally satisfied with our Item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange it's return. We will start the return process and ensure that you are immediately refunded upon return of the Item, for all non fault returns buyer will is liable for the return postage and packaging. If you start a return process through Ebay, you will not receive your money back immediately so please first contact us accordingly. There will be a 10% restocking fee for non fault refunds and/or returns. You are agreeing to the Terms and conditions upon your purchase and payment.

All products must be returned in it's original packaging, in the same condition as sent out originally to the customer. Any products that have been used/fitted on to a vehicle, cannot be returned. We will also not accept any returns for products which have been tampered with or altered in any manner. All our products are marked with Invisible Ink so please ensure that you send back our product only (not similar ones). Full refund is given to all correctly returned parts but the customer is still responsible for all return postage costs. All parts are used and no warranty is supplied by the seller. 

Items are carefully packaged and dispatched within 24 hours for next day delivery anywhere in the UK. Larger items may take upto 5 working days for delivery, please check postage terms for each Item. All packages are sent with national carriers and can be tracked online.

Please ensure that you leave your daytime phone number for the couriers, they will not deliver without your full contact details.
