After purchase, please send us the relevant service tag and your private mailbox (please note that we cannot send this file to you via eBay message). You will receive the license file as soon as possible after we receive the service tag and email address.
NOTES:
1. No refunds are accepted once the order is paid, as a license will be purchased. We guarantee that the licenses are from Dell and are 100% usable. It is strictly one license per server.
2. Please ensure that your server has hardware support, including the remote card.
3. We will send you an XML file which can be used directly. In very few cases, you may need to copy it to TXT format for use.
4. The S/N code is the key. If you buy more than one, please pay attention to binding errors.
5. After the upload is successful, re-login is required.
6. If you are unsure how to use it, please read the installation instructions included in the file or find a tutorial on Google or Dell's official website.
7. This license is valid for the life of the product, does NOT expire, and never needs to be renewed. It will be bound to only one service tag (one server) at a time. Once the license key is generated and bound to your system/service tag, the product/service is non-refundable.
