WARRANTY - All items are covered with a 1 year warranty which starts when you receive the order.

POSTAGE - Free postage to UK Mainland

DISPATCH - We aim to get your order away asap, normally the next working day after you order.

POSTAGE - The majority of items should arrive within 24hrs (working day) after dispatch.

Exceptions to this are Offshore and Highland addresses which are 48hr deliveries. And also the large bulky and heavy items which are sent on a 3-5 day delivery.

If there is an ISSUE - Sometimes problems arise with couriers or even with the product but I am here to help solve and put right anything if such things happen. Please reach out to me and give me the chance to fix the issue. The last thing we want is for a negative buying experience.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

Within 30 days - if the machine is new and unused and you have changed your mind or it is not the right machine you want, please let me know and I will organise a courier to collect for a full refund.

If the machine goes faulty within 30 days - You are entitled to a full refund or we would replace the machine for a new one.

Any faultys after 30 days to 1 year. - We would try and fix the issue without the inconvenience of collecting ( send a spare part etc) but if needed we would collect the machine for repair and return. If unrepairable we would offer a replacement. Your warranty does not start again, the warranty covers you for a year from recieving the first order.

A small negative of buying online is you need to be in for delivery and also if the item needs to come back you would have to prepare and pack the item for the journey. It needs to get back to us safely and in one piece.
