Designed to accommodate a variety of mirrors depending on your needs, and installs permanently in minutes by simply removing the top factory mirror nut, inserting the slotted adapter and re-installing the nut. The listing is for 1 pair, left and right side. Fitment for FREIGHTINER M SERIES & INTERNATIONAL or similar that run the style mirror as shown in the photo, BAR DIAMETER IS 1.125 OR 1 AND 1/8TH INCH. The Extension Systems do not include the mirrors, and are manufactured and designed to fit a variety of ball stud style mirrors readily available at truckstops, dealerships and parts stores Napa, Orielly's, Autozone, Ect. Ect. We recommend using the 5 x 7 flat mirror shown in the photos for best results.
