POSTAGE
As we are a charity, we always aim to cover all postage and packaging costs with our rates,
we do not make any profit from this.
Our items are generally sent by Royal Mail tracked service, however, we reserve the right to use an alternative courier service when necessary. Please let us know before paying if you prefer your item to be sent via a different courier.
For items valued over £50, we add proof of delivery or signature on delivery for extra security.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, most items are delivered by Royal Mail within 2-4 working days this may be slightly delayed during busy periods.
We offer international postage through eBay's Global Shipping Programme (GSP)
