Wyndham Towers on the Grove is one of the top resorts in North Myrtle Beach! The entire resort, not just the unit, is stupendous, with modern furnishings, ALL appliances and linens/towels for 4 people. A washer and dryer are also furnished, along with detergent.
Wyndham also supplies coffee for your stay!

THIS 1 BR DELUXE UNIT SLEEPS 4. One King bed in the Master bedroom and a Queen Sofa bed in the living area, 1 Bathroom. The Master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub.
The fully-equipped Kitchen has all the pots/pans and small appliances, plates/silverware to fix any meal for 4 persons. Coffee is supplied and you may request more at the Registration location.
The view from your oceanfront private balcony is a huge bonus!
There are no other fees (hidden or otherwise) for this listing. The price listed is what you pay, no more.

Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is before 10 am.
You must be 21 or older and have a major credit card to check in ($150 deposit will be put on hold and released when you check out), but nothing will be charged to it unless you make long distance calls or charge something to your room.
There is a resort directory in each unit with special instructions and a lot of helpful information. Phone numbers, resort activities, area activities, local restaurants, etc.
The buyer will be responsible for paying the "buy now" price to the seller.
When the eBay auction is complete and payment & all your info is received, I will put your name on the reservation with Wyndham and Wyndham will email a copy of the confirmation to you. If you don’t receive a Guest Confirmation within 2-3 hours, please contact me, NOT the resort.
Once your name and personal information has been added to the reservation, it cannot be changed without an additional $99.00 fee.

The Guest must be the person checking in at the reservation desk and will be responsible for the conduct of all persons in the reserved unit and resort grounds. All room occupants must abide by Wyndham’s resort rules. Seller assumes no liability for the actions/occupants of the unit.
Pets are not allowed. Please contact the resort if you need boarding facilities for your pet.
LATE ARRIVALS: Buyer must notify Wyndham Towers on the Grove if you will be arriving more than 24 hours after your check-in time/date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation.
TAKE NOTE: This is a timeshare unit. Upon registering, they will ask you to attend a presentation or update. You are a guest of the timeshare owner and You DO NOT have to attend the presentation or accept the welcome gift. Just say no.

AGAIN… Just to be clear …
All travelers are required to have a Guest Confirmation in their name. This Guest must be at least 21 years of age and MUST be the person checking in. After payment is received, along with your address, email, and phone number in the PayPal notes, I will contact Wyndham and have this issued in the guest's name based on the eBay User information supplied from eBay. This should be the legal name matching the Guest's government issued photo id (Drivers License).
If your information is not correct with eBay or an alternate traveler is going, you MUST notify me prior to placing your bid. If you need a name change after this, you will be responsible for the Guest Certificate change fee. ($99.00)
