Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail first class/2nd class tracked/signed for postal services. We post the item(s) within 48 hours of cleared payments. If you are unable to receive your parcel for any reason, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If you have not collected the item within three weeks from local sorting office the parcel will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given subtracting the original postage costs.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can return the item for exchange/refund within 7 working days, excluding postage cost. Returns are accepted only in its original condition, Item must be returned within 7 days of the receipt. They are not accepted if used, de-shaped, decoloured, or in a condition they can't be sold again. On the returned items the cost of the postage & packaging will be paid by the customers.
