Vintage Hand Painted Italian Faience Pottery Soup Tureen Underplate for WH Plummer NY

              A gorgeous and lovely hand painted Italian pottery footed soup tureen made for WH Plummer NY.   This vintage piece appears to have never been used and most likely was put on display or tucked away!  

 The size is large.   Hand painted pink rose and blue floral with green trim on a lovely soft white body.   Fine quality!  Both the tureen and underplate are marked Hand Painted for Plummer Made in Italy.   

  The underplate measures 13 inches square. Height of tureen to top of finial is 11 inches.  Tureen opening is 9 by 9 inches.   This piece is in excellent condition with little to no wear. A bit of a smudge which seems to be under the glaze on the bowl of the ladle.   A gorgeous set to enjoy and display!  Will be packed carefully and sent with insurance.  Lovely set to add to your home!
