Hi, Thank you for visiting my ebay Auction site. I am a painter, photographer and digital artist and have been selling collectible items on eBay for over twenty years now off and on including my own Fine Art Paintings, Fine Art Photography. I worked for Walt Disney World as a Full Time Cast Member for quite a few years so I also sell Cast Member Exclusive Disney Items, Disney Postcards, Disney Art and Collectibles as well as DVD movies, Postage Stamps and other collectible items that are rare and fun items.
Questions and Customer Service
I always try to leave a tracking number to let my customers know that something is being shipped and on its way, unless something is a first class letter. If you have any questions about the products I sell, please reach out to me and I will get back to you within a few hours.
Regarding Feedback
I have been selling on eBay and other websites since 2000 as I mentioned earlier and what I have found is over half my buyers do not leave any kind of positive feedback, which can be a good thing as if they were not happy, they would certainly let me know. As a policy, I wait to leave positive feedback until the item I have sold you is delivered and I hear back from you. I always write a Thank you note in every one of my items and ship things quickly and well packaged. However, if people do not leave me feedback, then I feel it is a matter of respect and courtesy. Retailers do not leave you positive feedback for just buying something online, so I try to reward my customers and build a great relationship with them but if feedback is not important, I have learned to not give it out like candy to just appeal to someone's ego. So if you leave me positive feedback, I am happy to return the favor. If it is not important to you, then I understand but please do not give me a hard time if I do not leave positive feedback for you, either.
