THE Lubas Or Baluba are a people ofcentral Africa established mainly in Democratic Republic of Congo (Kasai-Oriental And Katanga) in ancient years when they constitute one of the largest populations. Some communities also live in neighboring countriesSouthern Africa, particularly in Zambia and in Angola.
