DETOURS OF OBJECTS

"Claude Courtecuisse likes to draw attention to what hardly catches our eye.
He takes worthless objects (junk junk, plastic toys, packaging, uninteresting glassware, etc.) and creates piles that take on the appearance of unusual sculptures. Its twists and turns reveal the unsuspected poetry of the ordinary objects that surround us and reinvent the pleasure of their presence."
