These are the white Swiss dot pajamas top with grosgrain ribbon trim & matching bloomer bottoms only from American Girl doll Maryellen’s Pajamas Outfit. It was retired in 2019. Please see photos for full description as this is gently used with wonderful elasticity and I see no flaws.
