I have the shade and arm looks like it needs a metal bracket to swing out from wall or connect to wall 

It has a hole there for it 

No breaks or issues on glass pendant

It has a silver remaining decal that says Italy 

the glass part is 12 inches tall and 16 with wood dome top down 

arm is 14 inches to wall but bracket should add some depth out 

Just need to get a bracket and its all ready 

Has switch on cord and cord is good still just slight discoloration from age 

I think top of light is teak but I did not clean or polish arm or top piece I will let new owner do that
