General Listing Terms

Quality and Condition

All of our models are photographed and inspected to assess condition. We try hard to catch all defects and reflect condition accurately in our listings. Prior to shipment a quick quality assessment is conducted to ensure damages are not present. Some of our products are over 20 years old and therefore boxes may show signs of shelf wear/aging. Within the realm of model aviation we do not consider normal shelf wear when assessing overall condition.

Payments

Payment must be made immediately for Buy it Now listings and within 24 hours of Auction ending. We reserve the right to cancel any order for lack of payment or suspected activity outside of eBay's policies and conduct codes.

Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery under the following conditions: 

    - The item is returned in the same condition it was received

    - No parts or pieces are missing or evidently tampered with

Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the incorrect model was received or the model arrived damaged.
