Antique Paper Mache Doll.

✔️Dress is torn and discolored. Unsure if original to doll. As undergarments also with some discoloration and not sure if original. Right foot is broken off at toe area✔️

Doll body feels straw like. Head and chest plate feel intact with perhaps small chipping around edge but clothing is sewn on and fragile, doll body fragile as well near chest plate and may fall apart at any given time. There is a note pinned to back of doll it reads “very old paper Mâché bought at auction on Vilmont at old farm all original except wig clothes on when bought 1972. #42”
