PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING!!!

Estate sale find. These have all been washed in fragrance free detergent. The bedding was washed in hot water and machine dried, the curtains were washed in cold water on gentle cycle and hung to dry. They were found in a basement of an old farmhouse and had been clearly stored there for many years. They are not stained, but they do have a musty odor and will need to be laundered again with vinegar and hung outside in the sun and fresh air to dry. I was unable to do this because of the weather - but this process should remove the musty smell.

There are six curtain panels, each measuring 23” x 61”, and they are in excellent condition with crisp fabric and excellent color. They are the old style that require the hooks and there are 21 hooks included with this listing, which is 9 fewer hooks than there are places to put hooks - so please be aware of this. If you’re not into using them for window coverings, there is PLENTY of fabric there for other decorative items.

The size of the bedding is FULL. The fitted sheet will NOT fit a modern, deep pocket mattress and is pretty worn as it is. Surprisingly, the elastic is still in great condition and hasn’t dried out and cracked apart. If I were buying this set to use, I would probably scrap the fitted sheet and find a coordinating fitted sheet to go with the rest of the set. The top sheet is worn and soft, but still has a ton of life left - same for the pillow cases. The quilt/coverlet has some stitching missing along the edge (please see photos), and some thread pulls on the top and pilling in the polyfil insulation, but is otherwise in good condition and usable.

This item is bulky and weighs 12 lbs. The box is large and will, therefore, be shipping UPS. All claims must be made directly with the shipping company by the buyer. I will not compensate ouf ot pocket for their mishandling of shipments.
