What is a B Grade?
Grade B is defined as having the following blemishes that do not exceed these requirements.
1) Chips or damage to the PCB (Printed Circuit Board), will not be larger than .7mm in diameter. (the tip of a mechanical pencil)
2) No, Scratches or damage to service of LGA (Land Grid Array)
3) Heat spreader will have scratches, clamp marks from previous installs. But will not have signs of copper showing.
