The company that made these was in Chicago for 35 years.
They shut the plant down and I bought a lot of New Old stock Skirts.
These are as soft as they were the day they were made.
Not hard and stiff at all.
They may have powder on them to keep them from sticking.
IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO POWDER, DO NOT BUY THESE!
The powder comes off after they get wet, for the most part.

I use a digital scale so the weights I use for shipping are accurate.
